We are an ‘association of industries’ in Patalganga, Rasayani and surrounding industrial areas in Khalapur and Panvel constituencies of the Maharashtra state of India, established since 1984 with the objectives as elaborated bellow.This is a NON Government Organization (NGO), a democratic institution and a Charitable Trust, registered under Charitable Trust Act 1949 and Cooperative Society Act 1956 and accordingly being run adhering to the principle of cooperation. This is primarily a non profit making organization and the funds eventually generated, either in operations or by donations are committed to be utilized for the social causes, primarily associated with the industries and later to the community at large, though committed to directives given by the donators for the respective donation amount.
